Every cookie dough is folded by hand in small artisan batches. We source heirloom Finger Millet (Ragi), Kodo, and Barnyard millets straight from organic farmer collectives in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. No chemical stabilisers, no palm oils, and no shortcuts.
